Sneha is a Development and Business Strategist with 13 years of experience in the private and development sectors, with work experiences in India, Nepal, and the USA. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts with an Economics major from Swarthmore College, giving her a global perspective in her roles.
Currently, Sneha is the CEO and Founder of Alliance Asia. She has written proposals and led programs aimed at improving access to finance and livelihoods in Nepal's mountain communities. In her previous roles as Program Manager at Louis Berger and as a Country Programs Coordinator at DT Global, she played a crucial role in implementing and coordinating development projects with a focus on M&E, resource mobilization, and communications.
Sneha's dedication to social change is evident through her founding of The Creative Studio, which provides expressive art and storytelling therapy to vulnerable groups in Nepal. She is also involved in digital storytelling to empower women. In addition, she is the founder of Yoma, a community for parents in Nepal, and Sight Impact, a tourism company that combines social impact projects with leadership development for international students. Her creativity was recognized in her work at the Prague Film School, where she contributed to a film that received recognition at the Cannes Film Festival.

Sumiran is an experienced Development Systems Thinker with a strong background spanning over 19 years in Programme Management and Communication. His expertise extends to integrating systems thinking into program development and management, policy advocacy, and knowledge curation, going beyond traditional development practices.
In his roles as an advisor and consultant, Sumiran collaborates with various organizations, including UN Women, the Asian Development Bank, and the EU Delegation, representing European consultancy firms. He also serves as the Chairperson for Alliance Asia Nepal and holds the position of Executive Vice President at Karkhana Samuha, a Nepal-based NGO, and Karkhana Global, a 501(c)(3) organization in the USA.
Sumiran's work involves liaising with donor governments such as the European Union, the US, France, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, contributing to both international and national development initiatives. He collaborates with local governments and organizations, including the Asian Development Bank, UN Women Asia Pacific Regional Office in Thailand, UN Women Myanmar, UN Women Nepal, UNICEF, DT Global (formerly AECOM International Development), Hivos/Energia, Population Services International, and Action Against Hunger.
His area of expertise is developing and implementing programming and communication systems using results-based management techniques, focusing on sustainability and adaptability. Sumiran's efforts have addressed programming and communication needs across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Pacific Islands, including countries such as Myanmar, Indonesia, the Philippines, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Timor-Leste, and the Pacific Island Countries.
Sumiran's approach involves a comprehensive understanding of development, emphasizing the interdependencies and the need for long-term sustainable solutions in areas such as governance, health, education, climate, and humanitarian action. His work is dedicated to addressing the complexities of development through thoughtful and integrated strategies.

Dije is a Strategic Business Leader with over 15 years of experience in the private sector, specializing in sectors such as Banking & Finance, e-Commerce, Beverages Manufacturing, Tourism, and notably, Hydropower. As the CEO of Upper Solu Hydro Electric Co. Ltd., he played a crucial role in the successful design, construction, and operation of a 23.5MW hydropower plant in the Solukhumbu District of Nepal, demonstrating his adeptness in project execution and operational management within the energy sector.
In addition to this, Dije has made significant contributions as an Executive Director of the ICTC Group, where he spearheaded strategic international collaborations and supported global partnerships, enhancing the group's footprint in construction, engineering, investment, and equipment supply contracts across Nepal. His strategic vision and leadership facilitated successful partnerships with international giants such as China Three Gorges International, Huaxin Cement, VOITH Hydro, and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Company, among others.
Dije's tenure as Managing Director of CEMAT Consultants further showcases his expertise in business management and strategic development. Under his leadership, the company not only expanded its reach through collaborations with global firms like Renardet SA (Switzerland) and FICHTNER GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) but also secured multiple consultancy contracts across diverse sectors, including Hydropower, Road and Railway projects.
With a portfolio of roles including Board Director of several enterprises, Dije's experience spans areas such as project finance, contract administration, business strategy, financial analysis, and venture capital fundraising. His engagement with government agencies and community relations in project areas reflects his understanding of the socio-economic landscape
